There is a lonely man living in a crowded city alley. In addition to his work as a shoeshiner, he has a scrap collection hobby. He dreams of making puppets that do not resemble the toys found in shops. On a day, coincidence will lead a little girl to his store, and there she will inspire him with a unique idea. He will create puppets that move like magic and the theatres in the world will flood with this creation.
